Raja “RG” is a young and energetic dance instructor in the New York City Area.  Raja started developing his love for dance and performance at the age of 10. His Mother was a singer and this influenced him in dance and music. His earlier influence in dance was Michael Jackson and later Hrithik Roshanof Bollywood fame.  Raja, being of Indian and Spanish decent was born in Michigan and grew up in New York City area. Raja’s dancing has evolved with influences of Bollywood, Salsa and Hip Hop.

His credits continue to grow with a degree from New York University, multiple  dance workshops from HB Studios, Lee Strasberg, Broward Dance Center Conservatory, Arya Dance Academy, Jeni Breen and Shelly Masenoir. Raja has won first place in solo Bollywood International Dance Competition as well as being part of a winning dance troupe in national competition.

Raja has been a Dance Instructor at the Brooklyn International School, Bollywood Boogie, University of New York Breakdance Club and currently as an Independent Contract  Instructor in the New York City area and Northern New Jersey specializing in Bollywood Fusion, Salsa, Hip Hop(Poppin, Lockin), Breakdancing, Jazz and Gymnastics.  Raja has extensive experience as a dance instructor/choreographer for children and adults on one-to-one and group.

Raja has the drive, the desire and the love of dance that will take him far.  His unique creativity and personality gives him an edge that is new and inspiring.  This struggling Dance Instructor/Actor has a dream and we at Line Dance News pray his succeeds.
