I have been asked for some time to provide new comers and our ”snow birds” with instructional videos. Video is one of the easiest ways to learn to dance. It offers you the opportunity to watch the video at your leisure and the chance for repetition, which is the key to learning quickly. Using a dance video in conjunction with lessons from a studio helps you to learn in the most effective way by providing some knowledge before going to the lessons and guidance in practicing after the lessons. If you do not have access to a good teacher locally – videos are a great alternative!
